Caste Certificate (OBC/MOBC,SC,ST) to be issued under Mission Bhumiputra
All Students of HS 1st Year and 2nd Year are hereby requested to submit the Application Form (Annexure- A) along with relevant documents for Caste Certificate (OBC/MOBC,SC,ST) to be issued under Mission Bhumiputra before 21-10-2022.
Documents to be attached:
i) Passport size photograph of applicant
ii) Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Aadhaar Card/ PAN/ Admit Card)
iii) Proof of Residence (PRC/ Aadhaar/ EPIC/ Land Document/ Electricity Bill, Ration Card of Parent)
iv) Caste Certificate of Applicants Father or Recommendation of authorized Caste/ Tribe/ Community/ Organization notified by the State Govt.
v) Any Other Document.
