All students who have already submitted their MMNMA/ MMNBA application forms in the college office are hereby informed that they are also required to submit their application through the students SAMARTH / DARPAN portal online.
Students are requested to carefully read the user manual attached below before proceeding with the online application. Separate user manual / instructions are available for HS, UG, M.COM & ITEP students as applicable.
Important instruction:
1. Students must complete the online application through the students SAMARTH / DARPAN portal within the stipulated time.
2. The online application process commenced on 19th August 2026 and the last date for online submission is 25th August 2025.
3. Students who have submitted the physical form in the college office but do not complete the online application through the SAMARTH / DARPAN portal will not be considered for the benefit of the scheme.
4. Students must carefully enter all required information and upload the necessary documents. Incorrect or false information may leads to rejection of the application.
5. The bank account provided must be Aadhar-seeded / linked and the students name in SAMARTH/DARPAN, Aadhar and Aadhar-linked bank account should match.
6. After successful online submission, students are required to submit the Acknowledgement receipt to the college for verification.
7. Students are advised not to wait until the last date and should complete the online application well in advance to avoid by technical or verification-related issues.
