A MOU is signed between DICC, Sivasagar and Sibsagar Commerce College, in presence of Mr Debojit Deori, Manager DICC and Dr Saumarjyoti Mahanta, Principal, Sibsagar Commerce College and assist by Dr Prodip Gogoi and Dr Ratul Dutta in the broad area of MSME and Entrepreneurial Development Venture.
