The Cloth Bank at Sibsagar Commerce College was inaugurated by Dr. Ranjit Kumar Baruah, Principal of Dikhowmukh college on 29th January 2023. The Cloth Bank has received clothes from generous individuals who have donated usable clothes that are cleaned and ironed. The Cloth Bank will distribute the clothes to underprivileged children and to members of deprived families.
