Personality development programme was organised by department of English , Sibsagar Commerce College from 11 am onwards for the students of Skill Development Course(Beauty Therapist) .Principal Dr. Saumar Jyoti Mahanta along with HOD Dr. Lakhimi Dutta, Dept. of English enlightened the participants with various suggestive tips on grooming themselves into smart personalities and be successful in their professional fields. Jyoti Dutta,popular beautician also graced the programme. The college gave the platform to host such a beneficial programme.
