Chatra Divas was observed by IQAC, Sibsagar Commerce College, in honour of Upendra Nath Brahma, a prominent leader of Assam and a champion of students’ rights and social reform. The programme highlighted his immense contributions towards the upliftment of society, especially the youth and marginalized communities. Speakers reflected on his ideals, vision, and dedication to education and unity. Students and faculty paid tribute to his legacy and were inspired to follow his path of discipline, leadership, and service to society.
