A Personality Development Workshop was organised by the Career Counselling and Placement Cell of the college to enhance students’ soft skills and overall confidence. The programme focused on communication skills, leadership qualities, and positive attitude building. Experts guided students on career readiness and professional behaviour. The workshop helped students develop self-confidence and improve their personal and professional skills.
